Planning: Kanban boards and daily capacity

Planned for Klok, with no release date yet.

A dedicated Planning area will keep the main dashboard simple. Organise tasks on a Kanban board, then plan work sessions across the week. One task can have several sessions on different days.

The planned scope includes Start timer actions using the existing Klok timer; separate original estimates, remaining effort and actual time; daily available hours and capacity warnings; planned work dates kept separate from client deadlines; and deliberate replanning with Undo.

Mobile comes first in the interaction design: a focused Today view, readable cards, day selection and ordinary move/date controls alongside dragging. Native app planning will follow the shared task, session and sync contracts rather than separate records.

Concept previews and the detailed proposal will be available on the Klok website. The planner, capacity scheduling and native planning screens are not available yet. No automatic billing, client messages or calendar reshuffling.
